Refunds
All payments are final. There are no refunds.
Your placement goes live the moment payment clears, so the service is delivered in full at that point. Being overtaken later by a brand that pays more is the normal working of the board, not a fault, and is not grounds for a refund.
The one exception: if you are charged and your rank does not appear, write to us and we will either fix it or return the money. Duplicate charges for the same claim are always refunded.
